Batman Vs. Superman DoJ : First Look at Lex Luthor

Warner Bros via EW have officially revealed the long awaited look for Jesse Eisenberg “Lex Luthor”. There were many speculations about Eisenberg’s super villain role on whether he will keep his hair or go bald. Looks like, The Social Network actor will stay faithful to his classic and comic visual interpretation of Lex Luthor. In the picture, Eisenberg is sporting bald head look for his character.

He’s not any of the Lexes that you’ve seen, that’s for sure other than him being a captain of industry and one person to the world and another person to himself. And bald, of course.” Says Zack Snyder.

Batman Vs. Superman : Dawn of Justice is set to release in 2016 and includes Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Lex Luthor as one of the main antagonists for this Man of Steel sequel.

It’s Official! Spiderman is Joining Marvel Cinematic Universe

A very very very great news for all Spidey and Marvel fans!

Finally, after some speculations about the web-slinger joining MCU, now, Marvel has make it official that Sony and Marvel Studios under Disney, will join together to produce future Spiderman movie and make the possibility for Spiderman to make appearance on future Marvel movies.

“I am thrilled to team with my friends at Sony Pictures along with Amy Pascal to produce the next Spider-Man movie. Amy has been deeply involved in the realization on film of one of the world’s most beloved characters. Marvel’s involvement will hopefully deliver the creative continuity and authenticity that fans demand from the MCU. I am equally excited for the opportunity to have Spider-Man appear in the MCU, something which both we at Marvel, and fans alike, have been looking forward to for years.” – Marvel Studios President, Kevin Feige.

While the news is exactly exciting for the fans, another report, even though it wasn’t an official report, stated that Andrew Garfield may be out as Peter Parker. Spiderman most likely will make his first appearance in third instalment Captain America movie, Captain America : Civil War, given that in the comic, Spiderman is quite an integral part of the storyline. But, it’s possible for Spiderman to make appearance in MCU before Civil War.

Glee Alum, Melissa Benoist, Casts as Supergirl

Another Glee cast has been recruited as DC Comics superhero. After Grant Gustin casts as The Flash on CW, now, CBS has found its Supergirl in Melissa Benoist.

Benoist is the most known for her role in Glee as one of McKinley High new student, Marley Rose, which is considered to fill up Rachel’s place.

Arrow and Flash’s Gregg Berlanti and Ali Alder will pen the script and co-produce the drama.

Black Widow Confirmed for Captain America : Civil War

Seems like the third instalment of The First Avenger movie, Captain America : Civil War will be more crowded with more superheroes. After Robert Downey Jr. will join Steve Roger on his third solo movie, Black Panther will make his debut on screen appearance, Winter Soldier, Falcon, and possibly Crossbones returned, now, the Russo’s brother, directors of Captain America : The Winter Soldier, confirmed that we will see more Scarlett Johansson as the Russian spy a.k.a Black Widow on Captain America : Civil War.

We’ve been preparing for the movie since the last one debuted last year,” Anthony Russo said. “So, we’ve been working on it for a long time now. We’re very happy how it’s coming along. Captain America 3 is going to be called Captain America: Civil War,and it’s going to star Chris Evans. Scarlett Johansson will be back, Winter Soldier will be back, and Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man will also be joining us in the next film.

Agent Romanov presence shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. She played a major role on The Avengers movie and Captain America : The Winter Soldier, and she seems to fit in on the Civil War story that surrounding the conflict between Tony Stark and Steve Roger. We don’t know yet whether she will stand by Tony Stark as pro Superhero Registration Act, or against the act just like Steve Rogers.

Haly’s Circus and The Flying Graysons Will be Part of GOTHAM.

It’s been roller coaster ride for Jim Gordon lately in Gotham. Working in Arkham Asylum is definitely different experience from working in GCPD. But, the trouble doesn’t seem to end yet. In episode 16, The Blind Fortune Teller, that was being shot earlier this week, will gives us kind of circus theme. Vixen Varsity has rounded up some photos and details from the set.

As you can see below, the episode will be the introduction of Haly’s Circus and The Flying Graysons. Ring a bell? Well, all of DC and Batman fans may know that Dick Grayson is Nightwing/Robin. But, it seems so unlikely to see Nightwing (or Robin) on the show because even Bruce Wayne hasn’t suited up yet as The Dark Knight. So, we definitely will se Dick’s parents as ‘The Flying Graysons’. It was said that there will be a fight between clowns and trapeze artists. Mary Lloyd, the daughter of the clown falls in love with John Garyson, the son of the trapeze artists. Jim Gordon and Dr. Leslie Tompkins are spotted in the circus together. Will they be an item?

Looks like we need to wait until February or early March to find out what happened in the circus.

And actor Rob Gorrie is set to play John Grayson.

Marvel Revealed Ant-Man’s ‘Yellowjacket’ Concept Art

It’s been an exciting week for Ant-Man and Marvel fans! Lot of stuffs regarding the upcoming Marvel movie are revealed from trailer, some stills, and even major plot of the story. And now, seems the excitement hasn’t done yet! Marvel just released some stills from the movie, behind-the-scene picture, and the (damn) great Yellowjacket concept art.

Yellowjacket is set to be the main villain in this first Ant-Man movie. It seems that Darren Cross is one of Pym’s ex-protege that has constructed his own suit that has the same ability as Ant-Man suit to shrink.

 

And here some other stills released that show Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, and director Peyton Reed.

Ant-Man is set to hit theaters July 17, 2015.

We have seen Paul Rudd as Scott Lang in Ant-Man teaser trailer and some official released stills. But, how about Scott Lang as Ant-Man?

Marvel has released the first poster of Ant-Man featuring Scott Lang in a costume.

Well, that looks more like an actual ant rather than Ant-Man. But, thanks to Entertainment Weekly, the cover for this week issue is quite the same picture as the official Ant-Man poster released plus MAGNIFYING GLASS! Woohoo! Finally we can clearly see how Lang looks in actual Ant-Man costume.

Marvel has released a teaser trailer for their upcoming movie, Ant-Man. It gives us proper look of Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) , Hope Van Dyne ( Evangeline Lily) , and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) ‘s Lab, and Yellowjacket (Corey Stoll) without his costume. The first full Ant-Man trailer will be shown during Marvel’s Agent Carter 2-hours premiere on Tuesday, January 6 at 8 p.m ET on ABC.
